Happy New Year LGCR Volunteers!

As we move into 2026 we have a few housekeeping items to address:

1.  When walking big dogs during the morning shift it would be helpful to notate the time a dog was walked when you initial the walk list. This helps the afternoon walkers know who may need to go out first.

2. There are many volunteers who started out with us but are no longer volunteering. Therefore, we will start over on the volunteer scheduling board so next time you are there please put your name on the board again. I use the scheduling board to help determine where we may be shorthanded.

3. Thank you to those individuals who signed up to be on our Sub List. We could still use one more person on the list. Going forward, when you need a sub, please reach out to the individuals on the list to coordinate. Please only use a FB posting as a last resort when you can't get a sub.

4. Lastly, the Lost and Found basket in the volunteer room will be emptied at the end of next week. Please claim your items that have been left to avoid having them tossed or donated. Many of these items have been there for months.
