Good morning LGCR Volunteers!

As we continue to improve our volunteer systems, I wanted to let you know about a recent update to the Volunteer Time Tracker App.

Now, when you log your hours each day, you can only enter up to two numbers—no letters. This means you can't use fractions like ½ hours or write out “hours” anymore. If your volunteering time totals less than an hour, please make sure to round up when you record it.

If you volunteer for multiple tasks in one day (for example: Ranch Pal and Transport), create and submit a separate entry for each task.

These adjustments will help us obtain more accurate information for reporting and accountability. If you aren’t currently tracking your hours, I’ve attached instructions for using the Time Tracker App. Please download them to your phone so you’re ready to log in your time whenever needed. It’s important that all active volunteers consistently record their hours, no matter what tasks you’re performing for the Ranch, such as Ranch Pal, Admin, or anything else.
