Hospice care for dogs, also known as palliative care, aims to make a terminally ill or senior dog's final days as comfortable and dignified as possible.

Lee arrived from a border town shelter in the early morning hours. While we hoped for brighter news, today's examination and radiographs offered no pathways for rehabilitation in Mr. Lee's situation, so we moved forward with a promise to make every day better than the day before.
