This season, we said goodbye to eight dear souls.

In 2025, twenty-eight lives have now been entrusted to our Remembrance Grove.

Each one known.

Each one loved.

Artemis is eight years old.

She grew up knowing only one life — a home, routines, familiarity. And then, one day, it was gone.

When Artemis arrived, her body was safe — but her heart was not. She was terrified .

She wouldn’t eat.

She didn’t want to be alone.

For three days, food was offered and untouched. Until one evening, someone stayed. No pressure. No fixing. Just presence.
