GRACIE

Some companions cautiously enter a new world.

Gracie quietly studies it.

Every soft bed… every gentle hand… every peaceful afternoon seems to remind her that life has become something entirely different. Today, Gracie is discovering what it feels like to simply be safe.

Life at Living Grace Gracie has a quiet curiosity about the world around her. She enjoys exploring the grass, watching butterflies, accepting gentle touch, and drifting into deep afternoon naps beneath a warm comforter. Her soft snores are a daily reminder that rest has replaced vigilance.

Because Gracie is deaf, she experiences the Ranch a little differently. She watches closely, notices gentle movement, and responds to kind hands and familiar routines. Safety isn't something she hears—it is something she feels.

Her Journey
For thirteen years, Gracie's life was defined by neglect and backyard breeding.

When she arrived at Living Grace, years without proper care had taken a tremendous toll. A severe flea infestation had damaged her skin, and her painful right eye could not be saved.

After surgery, Gracie began the second phase of healing.

Today, healing looks much quieter. It looks like peaceful naps, curious moments, and discovering that tomorrow will be gentle.

How Your Monthly Sponsorship Helps
Gracie is still in the early stages of healing. Your monthly sponsorship helps provide weekly medicated baths, spay surgery, dental treatment to relieve years of discomfort, and gentle daily massage to ease the stiffness caused by spondylosis arthritis. Every part of her care is focused on helping her feel healthier, more comfortable, and increasingly confident in the life she's discovering.

Your Monthly Sponsor Updates
As Gracie's Sanctuary Sweetheart sponsor, you'll receive exclusive monthly updates and photos celebrating her continued healing, discoveries, and everyday moments at Living Grace.

Closing Reflection
"It's about finally feeling safe enough...
...to close the one I have."
